This is a complete package. All three parts of the job are covered:
 
1. DPF Delete Hardware
Buzzken DPF delete pipe with all required clamps and stainless steel installation hardware. 100% bolt-on.
 
2. EGR Delete Hardware
Buzzken EGR delete kit with supporting block-off and installation hardware.
 
3. ECU Calibration
A custom N57 calibration written specifically for the deleted configuration, in your choice of Power or Economy. The calibration is included in the price — it is not an add-on, and the deleted hardware will not run correctly without it.
 
A note on SCR / DEF: the SCR system is switched off in the calibration, so it no longer runs or asks for DEF fluid. The SCR hardware stays on the vehicle — it is not physically removed, and no SCR parts are supplied with this kit. Only the DPF and EGR come out.
 
Removing the DPF and EGR restrictions improves exhaust flow and simplifies the engine system, which is what allows the calibration to deliver its full gains.

Transmission Performance Calibration (Local Service)
Optional TCU calibration improves transmission behavior and allows the gearbox to handle increased torque.
 
This service is performed in the shop.
Hardware Installation (Local Service)
For local customers, we offer professional installation of the Buzzken hardware kit and ECU calibration.

What is ECU calibration for the N57?
ECU calibration is the process of professionally modifying the software within the Bosch EDC17 engine control unit to optimize how the engine manages fuel delivery, boost pressure, torque modeling, and throttle response.

Is the SCR / DEF system removed from the car?
No. The SCR system is disabled within the calibration only. The hardware remains installed on the vehicle. The DPF and EGR are the components physically removed by this package.

Customers using the Powergate4 device can perform the flash process at their convenience in just a few minutes.
 
Will ECU calibration affect my warranty?
Any modification to the factory engine software may affect the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Customers should consult their dealership for specific warranty policies.
