ECU Calibration Features
The calibration optimizes:

Optional ZF8 TCU Calibration
A performance transmission calibration is also available for the ZF 8-speed Tiptronic transmission.
The TCU calibration may improve:
Shift speed and firmness
Transmission torque limits
Manual-mode response
Gear-holding behavior
Launch-control operation where supported
Shift consistency under increased engine torque
Coordination between the ECU and transmission
 
The TCU calibration does not directly add engine horsepower. Its purpose is to improve how the transmission manages and delivers the increased torque.
 
Fuel Requirement
94 AKI premium gasoline is recommended for the advertised maximum output.
Lower-octane calibrations may be available, but power output will be reduced accordingly.
