⚠️ IMPORTANT: 2009–2010 Models (Bench Tuning Only)
For 2009 and 2010 model years, the Bosch EDC17CP10 ECU features factory write-protection that prevents flashing via the OBD-II port.
Mail-In Required: These specific years require the ECU to be removed and shipped to our facility for bench calibration.
Direct Access: We utilize professional bench-flashing tools to bypass protection that standard OBD tools cannot reach.
Plug & Play: Once we return your ECU, simply reinstall it; no additional coding or handheld tools are required.

Option 1: Local Drive-In Service
Full Service: Bring your vehicle to our Calgary shop. We handle the removal, bench calibration, and re-installation.
Labor Fee: A flat rate of 1 hour of labor applies for the professional removal and installation process.
Drop-Off: You may also pull the ECU yourself and drop it off at our front desk to waive the labor fee.
 
Option 2: Mail-In Service
Remove ECU: Located in the engine bay (passenger side firewall). Ensure ignition is OFF before disconnecting.
Package: Wrap the ECU in bubble wrap and use a sturdy box. Include your Name, Phone, and VIN inside the package.

Off-Road Use Only: Calibrations labeled Stage Economy or Stage Power (which include DPF, EGR, or AdBlue software adjustments) are intended strictly for off-road, competition, or closed-course racing use only.
Emissions Compliance: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with all local, state, and federal laws. ECUPROGRAM is not liable for fines or legal actions resulting from the use of these calibrations on public roads.
Mechanical Condition: Performance calibration increases stress on engine components. ECUPROGRAM is not responsible for the failure of pre-existing worn components (e.g., turbochargers, injectors). Tuning typically voids the manufacturer's powertrain warranty.
Shipping: ECUPROGRAM is not responsible for damage caused by improper removal/installation or loss/damage occurring during transit via third-party carriers.
